Mont Rogneux & Mont Brule from Cabane de Mont Fort, Verbier, Switzerland - pencil & watercolour painting
In July 2024 I walked from Fontanette chair lift to Cabane de Mont Fort. This the view towards Le Grand Combin from the Cabane. The view is very significant to me as in 2006 I stayed at the Cabane with a group of trekkers whilst leading the Haute Route from Chamonix to Zermat. I remember getting up at 5am to take photos of the sunrise. Little did I know that I would live in Verbier some 15 years later.
